x-10 modules and tek light

I recently got an older ac2 from a friend along with several x-10 appliance modules. Right now I'm only using 3 x-10's to control my lights. All my lighting is fluorescent, t5's for my display and a pc for my fuge.

Here's my problem:
After switching out my old rotary timers for x-10's, I have a lot of stray voltage in my tank. I get shocked when I put my hand in my tank or touch anything wet in my sump.

I was adding new corals to my tank and switched my lights on and got a good shock. After some painful testing I discovered it was coming from the ballast of my tek t5 light.

I was changing the media in my sump and got a good shock. After I turned my fuge light off nothing.

The shocks are very random, but very annoying. I would like this to be remedied.

Has anybody ever experience this before? What could be the cause? Does anybody know how I can remedy this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

TIA
Drew
