Can this be coralline already on Marco rock?

I just got this tank running on Wednesday. I used dry Marco rock and Live Timora rock. Today, Saturday 4 days later, some of the Marco rcok has pink on it. I thought maybe it was algae or something, but I touched it and it is not slimy and does not rub off.
What is it, can coralline start this quick?

Not likely. Coralline usually starts dark greenish patches and likely start on the light exposed surfaces. I usually see the rock turn somewhat "dirty" looking and not pristine white like yours before coralline starts growing on them. To me , it looks like the start of a cyano. JMO

Thats what I thought , but it does not blow off nor come off from touching it. Would cyano blow off?

If they are thick enough, yes, they easily gets blown off but a strong current. Watch it in a few hours and see if it gets even darker with the lights on. Then you can say it is cyano. They get dark in a matter of hours.
