semi agressive fish

as a newcomer to sw i would like to know if you can put semi aggressive fish in with live rock and cleaner critters

Depends on what fish and what critters you get. The aggression listing is usually their compatibility with other fish, not necessarily how they treat snails, crabs, clams etc.
