Nova Extreme Pro 20 Inch 6x18W T5HO Fixture

Hi All,

I just purchased this light (included with a 34 gallon Solana). The light is great except that the built-in fans are really loud. Does anyone know whether it is possible to disable the fans? If so, is the only risk involved that the tank's temp will rise or is there is also a risk of over-heating the bulbs themselves?

Thanks for your help.

The PAR from the bulbs will decrease. Maybe try getting a new fan to replace the stock one.

Thanks, I didn't realize that you could replace the fan...I'll look into that.
