Sufficient Lighting for 45 Tall

I have an odd tank size. Its a 45 Tall the measurements 36 long, 12 deep, and 26 tall. I have a Coralife 36" Aqualight with 2-96 Watt Square Pin Compact Flourescents. I have a 10,000K in one, and a 50/50 Actinic in the other. What kinds of Corals is this type of lighting alright for? I understand I can keep certain corals as long as they are higher up in the water column, but the only things I would be able to do on the botten are Zoo's, and Mushrooms? Do I have this right? And what other kinds of low maintence corals would u recommend. All I have in the tank now is about 50 lbs of live rock, a 5 inch sand bed, snails, and a Radiant Wrasse. Thanks for any help.
