How many shrimp in a 150

I have a blood red (fire) shrimp in the tank now and thats it.

was wondering how many shrimp you could put into a 150 gallon tank.

was thinking about adddind a cleaner shrimp, (2) pair of harlequin shrimp and some peppermint shrimp (dont know how many)

will they all get along?

I have 4 peps, 1 harlequin and a cleaner in a 90. Been going strong for 15 months now without issues.
