Anyone running Ushio 20K's ARO Electronic Ballast?

Anyone running Ushio 20K's ARO Electronic Ballast? I would like to know your experiences with growth and color. In particular, color stability of the bulb. Thanks.

And a follow up question. How much brighter or dimmer are the Ushio 20K's compared to the XM20K? Thanks again.

How would you compare their brightness to other lights? I'm currently running Phoenix 14K's and think they are a little too bright.
