I did some research on the same thing and came to the conclusion to spring for the ati. It has cooling fans and better reflectors.

personally i love the ati since i have a powermodule, but i have seen tanks with tek fixtures and they look awsome, so save some money and get tek and a cheap fan and you will be set, if you want top of the line then go with the ATI....
sana

I wonder the same thing. But I am not sure if the Sunpower is as good as the PM.

The Tek is a very good unit (I own one), but the ATI is significantly better, and probably worth the price. . .assuming that's what you need. It really depends on what you want to keep. I'd suggest going to the Lighting and Equipment forum and looking for a thread called "The T5 Q&A Thread" (or something along those lines). Grim Reefer is the leading authority on T5 lighting around here. Let him know what size tank you have and what you'd like to keep in it, and he'll be able to give you some really good advice. He can even give you good suggestions on bulbs. . .although I have no idea what a blue pink look is, since those colors are pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum.

While not as sleek, don't forget Aquactinics TX5. I've got a 36" on my 58 and just picked up a 48" for the 75 setup. Love these fixtures.

Good point, Robb (and an Maiden fan as well. . .I must have missed the Fear of the Spongebob release). The Aquactinics is a good compromise. It's not as good as the ATI, but better than the Tek. Depending on the depth of your tank, you should be able to keep pretty much anything you want with the Aquactinics.
