Painting A Tank
Anyone have a article or tips on painting the back of a tank. It is in place and stocked. It is in the corner so I have some room.
I was thinking spraying Krylon Fusion on a rag and whipping it on. I am an awful painter. Help me. |

Get yourself a foam roller, a paint tray and acrylic paint in your choice of color. Roll on the first coat spairingly to avoid drips. Let that dry for however long the paint can suggests and add another coat. It may take several coats of paint to get it a deep enough color. Very important to let each layer dry thoroughly before adding another layer.

Another choice is to get a piece of auto glass film tinted black. Mist the glass with Windex before installing, it makes it easier to get the bubbles worked out.

I think in this case I like the black window tint as a solution. it has the best possibility for success

good catch, yeah keep windex away from the tank. water or a mild soap water mix is all you need
