Recommended PH Level
My current PH is 7.8 I think I read somewhere it should be 8.2. If this is the case what is the best way to raise it? I have SPS and LPS corals in my tank.

Is that during the daytime when your lights are on? I usually use a little baking soda or Seachem PH buffer to bring my PH to the desired level.

your ph drops at night (with the lights off).
some people reverse the light schedule on their refugium to help with this. I try to keep my pH between 8.1 and 8.3 I keep mostly SPS: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showth...readid=1323659

But, since you got your reading with the lights off, I wouldn't worry too much about it. And I wouldn't go trying to change it with any buffer.

For the heck of it, I just measured mine, it is ~ 8.0, lights off. It normally runs ~ 8.3
