Snail invasion
well this has been going on for a while now and i thought maybe it was just snail babies but ive been getting increasingly paranoid wether someone dropped viagra in my fish tank or these are just an infestation of pests.
first off these are the snails i have in my tank. and these are what come out at night mostly...see some during the day too but not as many. someone tell me if i need to worry or if i should let them grow and maybe give some as a gift for ....some holiday lol yes id be the guy who gives snails at presents. its a tough economy and anyone could use a snail...or two

Stomatella Varia. Perfectly harmless. My population is steady growing.

yea i seen one in my tank one night and thought the same thing..i had the same setup for a year...went out and bought a new rock that had a lot of holes in it...one night after placing it in the tank i seen the same lil fella cruising like lighting across the glass...freaked me out at first but later realized he just eats algae and runs when u turn on the lights. harmless snail but beneficial in his own way. and IMO ....all tanks start out ugly....they dont have anything in them at first until we add water/salt and rocks and creatures....LOL
