Time to fix the issue:
Get Red Slime remover (Little tube of yellow powder) Turn off your skimmer Dose (I think it is one small scoop for every 20 gal) Wait 24 hours then turn your skimmer on Wait another 24 hours, Turn off skimmer and dose again. Wait 24 hours and turn skimmer on FOLLOW This you will apply two doses and your problem will be gone in 4 days At that point you just need to maintain proper water prams.
