Zoas and Xenia Help

New to the aquarium world and hoping you guys can help me out. I just brought a frag of pink zoa and pom pom xenia last night. Today I notice the zoas are cover in some white stuff, five head are open and the rest are close/cover in white. Also, the xenia look pale.

What would be the best way to aclimate them?

That is normal for the first day or two as they adjust to your tanks chemistry, water flow and lighting. If it goes on much longer, do a thorough test of your water parameters to make sure they are normal. Sometimes you need to adjust their tank location if everything else checks out OK.

To Reef Central

how long has your tank been established

Always introduce new corals from the substrate and gradually move them up to the lights allowing about 5 days at each move
