White stuff on rocks and LPS, sponge? Fungus?

Recently I noticed some white/soft stuff on the back(dark) side of a
bottom rock, I originally thought it is some sort of sponge. But it start
to become bigger and develop some sort of long head, and there are
some similar white stuff on one of the LPS. I am getting worried, here
are some pictures, anybody have idea what it is and should I be
concern about it?

To Reef Central

While I am not 100% certain, I think that they are some types of sponges. The last one looks like a pineapple sponge.

Anyways, I will say this, if all of those were in my tank (( and they very well might be )) I wouldn't be worried at all.

I have the same thing. About 10 of them that I can see. Should they be removed?
