How much flow for a 15 gal long?
I was just wondering if 500gph is to much for a 15 gal tank? One of my lsf has a sale on a power head for like 25$. Its either that or a 240gph kor. nano, which would be best?

Depends on what you want to do with it. If you are talking about in tank flow I would go for the Koralia. A powerhead is just going to push a 500gph stream and turn your tank into a toilet bowl effect. A Koralia (or similar) will give you a nice wide flow pattern.
