SeaClone Skimmer
I changed out the cheap air adjustment valve for a brass one. This thing still changes all by it's self every few days . What a piece og junk thats still sold !! Manufacture knows it's junk LFS knows and there still selling them !! i baught mine in 97 never used it . better than nothing on my 25 gal reef.

Ronny! Buy yourself a quality used HOB Remora Pro. Or just do plenty of water changes, at least 15 percent, 1x a week. Both, actually.

You might want to ditch that brass valve. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, and copper is not good for reef tanks. JMO, HTH

I always find it funny how many people here say to use Remoras. I have had nothing but problems with them. They are just as bad as backpacks. I have used lots of seaclones and I think they work great for their price. Don't think I don't know what I'm talking about either. I have used lots of high dollar big skimmers on my big tanks and I know what quality is. Seaclones aren't quality but they are cheaper than most small tank skimmers and they seem to work much better for me. The only downside is the crappy connectors. You have to be really careful with those.
