48x31x30 sps Lighting?

I am thinking about ordering a 188g with the dimensions of 4ft x31"x30".

Would 6 T5 and 2- 250 halides be enough?

Would the ATI 10 bulbs get deep enough and spread wide enough?

as far as mh they would be good just make sure you get good reflectors. my tank is 30 inches tall my reflectors for now are just bent metal and i can grow monti on my sand bed
