Starting over
I'm starting a new tank. I'm keeping my 55 running for the time being.
Pickin up a 125 gallon in a couple weeks for about $400 with a stand and internal overflow. So far I have gotten together: ASM G-3 :$100 1 possible burnt out Tunzee 6045: $20 2 Koralia 4's: Free 1 Mag 7 pump: $25 Ordering: Sand (suggestions on where to order and buy from) MH Lighting Retrofit (suggestions where to buy and what type) Marco Rock Keylargo Rock 100 Pounds for: $200 + shipping Coralife Thermometer : $6 Custom building a sump. Hopefully I will be able to include some pretty good pictures. This will hopefully be a great and simple. Eventually i hope to find a simple RO/DI unit but until then i will atleast have an Auto Top Off System. I'm only 18 so this build could take a little while. |

I think i'll be getting the 160 lb Bahamas Aragonite from Marcos as well. Thats a steal to be gettin 160lbs of sand for only $100 dollars.

I like hellolights.com for lighting, especially DIY MH retro kits.
Good luck with the build, sounds like you are on a solid start.
