Ideal Sand Grain Size For Switch to SSB?

I will be changing out my 5 year old DSB to a SSB soon. I am thinking of going with about 1 inch of sand.

What is the ideal sand grain size for this set up? I will be using a gravel vac/siphon when performing water changes with the SSB in my 92 gallon corner tank.

Thanks so much!

I just got caribsea's special reef grade dry sand. I put about 100 lbs into my 120. Its a very nice size and color. Also dr fosters has unbelievable shipping prices. I paid 8 or 9 dollars shipping on 120lbs.

I used Tropic of Eden Agrasnow from Premium Aquatics. Real white, real fine. I have 2 Koralia 4s pointed downward at the front glass and it's blown the sand around a little, but not into the water column. It's also cheaper than the Caribsea oolitic sand.

I just did the same thing. I removed the fine fiji pink and replaced it with Special Reef Grade at 1/2 to 1". I like it alot better as far as staying settled.
