Chiller help

I need some help sizing a chiller. My display(in my office) is a 110g with 2 250mh and 2 96w PC. My sump is a 75g that is in my garage on the same wall as the display. I am running a 1/4hp chiller currently and it is pretty much running all the time. The chiller is in the office also. I am running a panworld 200 and 100 for my retrun and closed loop. I am also running a panworld 50 for my skimmer pump. I have tried adding more fans for evaporative cooling but still the chiller run and runs. I run the house temp at 74 deg usually. The garage does get extremely hot during the day with 100 deg temps outside. I am currently looking at 1/2 and 1hp chillers. I dont want to short cycle a huge compressor and I don't want to have a smaller on run all day. What do you guys recommend I do.

Steve
