need to remove a carpet anemone

I need to take out my carpet anemone. He is eating all my fish. I tried pulling him out with no luck. Please help.

I dont advocate this but I have seen carpet nems that ended up having to be cut out......I would try all else first..

It may take a long time but you need to start working at the base of his foot trying to slowly get him to seperate by massaging with kind of a pushing and lifting motion. I use my thumb..try putting ice on his foot if that doesnt work...just rub it back and forth.....can you pull out the rock if he is attached to one???
