Magnets?
Does the maxi-jet 400 have an option to use magnets rather than using suction cups? And if so where can I buy them?

I don't believe Maxijet offers magnetic attachments, but there are third party magnetic holders you can buy. I know Reef Geek sells them:

Great investment, depending on the thickness of your glass, you can either go with the 50s or the 100s.
Marine Depot has them too...
