Question Fixing Rockwork?

ive tried zipties but they look so ugly and i cant get them to hold the rocks well elough or the positions i want...

ive tried reef safe epoxy but it doesnt stick to the wet rocks...at best it only sticks on one side and not even that well.

i also know you can drill holes in the rock and put 1/4th pvc but that seems like such a hassle seeing as how i have some corals crowing off the rocks and even if i were to remove them id trigger a mini cycle with the amount of time it would take me to do the rockwork ...let alone plan it out.

do you guys have any ideas?

ive considered making concrete shapes that would have overhangs and caves...but that takes a million years to cure.

any solid ideas on how to make rocks stay the way you want them to?

silly rocks...

I always break down some small rocks to support , or use some small dead coral
I also use some zipties too, but only the back work, can't see at all
Pics would help

Zipties in the back are not an option since it's a dividing wall tank viewable from 3 sides.
