Clam takes over the skimmer...? Pics attached

I have a 18G tank and 10G sump,
And I have a big hang back skimmer.
Recently I added 10 cleaner clams
and 2 Croceas (one 2",one 3.5")
and 2 Flame Scallops

My skimmer used to skim a full cup out of a week.
But after I add the clams& Scallops.
My skimmer doesn't skim anything at all.
I already make sure cleaning the cup and the air intake has enough air to get in, even I turned to highest flow. Still only skim a tiny, may be 1/5 cup out of a week.

Have anyone experience that? Is my skimmer having any problem or the Clams actually cleaning my water...?
I do a 10~25% water change weekly.

Here is some pics of my tank set up
(UP)18G tank →Jebo Filter→1/4 chiller→back to 18G tank
(Down)18G tank →Sump+skimmer+UV+PO4reactor→return to 18G tank
and 150W 20K MH light

They do live pretty good in my sump
3 weeks now, they like to hide in the send bed and leave 2 little thing to filter the water, and cost me only $2.5 for 10 of them

LOL.,. I was reading down through the thread and "blue" leaped off the page at me. I assume OP knows this is not practicing good fish husbandry and has a plan in place to make the 'lil guy happier..
