Blue Zoo Aquatics
I wasn't sure where to post this so I just put it here...
I'm interested it purchasing a choati wrasse from blue zoo aquatics because of the $20 shipping deal. However, there is a restriction on the guarantee for choati wrasses. Has anyone ordered an item from them that had a restriction on the guarantee? If so how was your experience with it? I've heard good things about blue zoo aquatics and want to have a good experience with them. On the other hand, I don't want to be out $200 on a fish that died the day after I got it because there is no guarantee on it. Does anyone have advice on this topic? Also, in general, how have your fish from Blue Zoo arrived? Were they really healthy, or not in great condition? And what do you think about choati wrasses? Are they good reef fish? |

I've never had an issue with BZ fish.... I lost one through my own stupidity 2 weeks after I got it. The other 10 I've ordered are still alive and doing well.
PS - you dont need to necessarily worry about $20 shipping on a $200 fish... your order ships free if you buy $225 any time. If you're gonna pay $220 with shipping, buy $25 more in stuff and ship it free. |

FIsh that don't have an arrive live guarantee usually don't ship well. Blue Zoo is a good company, but if you can't get a guarantee then there is some risk involved

I believe they have an arrive alive guarantee, but not guarantee beyond that. On some other fish, they have a 7 day guarantee past arrival as well.
