HELP!!!!! What the heck are these things in my LR?

The best picture that I could get. These little stringy orange nd black things are on my liverock. There are only coral frags and LR in the tank, no fish. Oh and my clean-up crew.

The pic isnt really good so cant tell but google peanut worm.

I have a bunch of them they are good for your tank.

Worms are circle and are orange and black
