ATO Pump, which one??

I am saving to buy this ATO. First, any opinions on this model?? and second which is the cheapest/best pump to get for it.

I prefer a Reef Fanatic dual level controller over the JBJ. For a pump, Aqualifters work great and are very inexpensive.

I have a JBJ ATO system connected to a Tom's Aqua Lifter pump. One of the best investments I have made, reliable and relatively inexpensive.

I have a JBJ with aqualifter as well! Its a great little system. Don't forget to open the section on the back of the JBJ and adjust the timer knob. You can turn it up to 14 minutes. Basically by adjusting this your telling the ATO that if it runs for X amount of time shut the pump off. This is a great little feature so you don't have a failure and start pumping your whole reservoir out.

Learn something new everyday.

I had no idea this feature was on the JBJ.

Definitely the aqualifter, hard to beat for $12 and ridiculously easy to plumb.

Just make sure you put the RIGHT hose in the RIGHT spot each time to do anything that requires removing the hoses. That would be a crappy day for sure

I use this pump: Tunze Metering Pump

It's the one that comes with the Tunze Osmolator.
