BlueLine Aqua Pump model 40
Anyone know why my pump is making micro bubbles? I am pretty confident that I have made sure that the bubbles are not coming from anywhere else. The pump is also making a noise that it did not make when i got it. Like there is air in it, maybe im crazy! Ok so Im going to tighten the screws and git er running againg and see if that helps. Anyone have any suggetions that might help?

That is called cavitating.
Check in your sump--if it is drawing to much water and or creating a suction whirl pool in it then this will cause the pump to cavitate. Also there could be a leak in one of the fittings in the line between the sump and the pump side. In my particular case it was a blockage in the impeller in the pump which is an easy fix by taking the bolts off the back plate and looking in there.
