RO/DI selection for 75g

Can anyone recommend one of these? Is one of them a better bang-for-buck deal? I have a 75g tank, mostly softy/lps.

The Ocean Wave 5 Stage RO/DI 75gpd ($135)
http://www.thefilterguys.biz/ro_di_systems.htm

BRS Economy 4 Stage RO/DI 75gpd ($130)
http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/RO/DI-...duct_info.html

Mighty Mite 50 gpd RO/DI ($109)
http://www.airwaterice.com/product/1..._DI_Added.html

Or, if you know of a better deal, I'm all ears!

Thanks!!

I would get the BRS one.

I don't care for a horizontal DI chamber, which the other two have -- it being that way allows for more "channeling", and IMO aren't nearly as affective.

Thanks! Does anyone out there have any personal experience to suggest I *shouldn't* buy the BRS economy 4 stage RO/DI?

I have never used theirs, but from looking at the specs it seems pretty good. The only thing I would like to see added (( and really not needed, but something nice )) is a pressure gauge. It is nice to have because it helps to let you know if your pre-filter needs to be changed before the usual 6 months. The only harm that is done is that it takes longer to produce water when the pressure drops when the pre-filter is "full" sooner then 6 months.

I have a 5 stage from BRS. Looking at what you chose the BRS is the cheapest and you get 5 free filters. Don't forget to get the inline TDS meter (still cheaper price at BRS). It's a must. Good directions and easy to set up.

4 stages ought to be fine unless you have chloramines. Other things to look for:
Standard-sized prefilters, membrane, and DI cartridge
Brand name, high-rejection membrane
Specifications provided for each stage
Pressure gauge after the prefilters and before the membrane
Thermometer
DI bypass
Vertical DI stage
Refillable DI cartridge
Aluminum bracket
Quick connect fittings
Flush valve
Clear housings
High-quality instructions
Customer support before, during, and after your purchase from a vendor familiar with the hobby.
