VHO T 5 bulbs

can i put vho bulbs in my current fixture it already has HO 54 watt bulbs in it

There are no VHO T5 bulbs. Using Icecaps will overdrive HO T5 bulbs. So if you were to switch the ballast in your fixture to an IceCap, your bulbs will be overdriven.
