ballast emergency please help

i have an aqua medic fixture 3-250watt hqi. i just got home today to find the
center bulb not buring.the ballast is humming bad turned it of for a while and then back on still hum?does anyone know can i replace it with the the new
stlye ballast please help..

Double check the connections to the ballast. This happens to me some times if the connections are off.

thanks i checked them all everything seems ok.it's been off for about 3hrs.
just turned it back on no light and still buzzing bad????

switch bulbs if there's a bad bulb on the ballast that might cause it too
