Harness Damaged

I have a T5 retrofit kit from reefgeek (8x80W run using 2 660s and 1 430).

Recently the connector pins on one of my 660s became damaged, probably by excess condensation from a fan blowing across the water. I have it in for repair with Icecap.

My question is that along with the connector pins on the 660, 2 connector pins on the wiring harness were also damaged - look like they're blown out b/c theyre brown.

Do I have to replace the entire harness and rewire the whole connection? Or can I just replace the connector and pins on the harness? Maybe cut out the damaged connector and splice in a new one?

I have an email into Reefgeek but havent heard anything yet.
