How to hang an ATI fixture for height adjustablity?

I have already made my brackets to hang the light from with the included cable kit. Does the cable kit that is included with the sunpower/powermodule allow you to raise and lower the light for tank maintenance? This is my first T5 fixture so I am a bit new to this. I see that the pieces attached to the short length of wire on either side of the fixture allow cable to slide through and lock, but I can't see how to easily raise and lower the light every time I need to do it. Is there some specific way to install? Anyone have a good photo of their cable install that can shed some light on the topic for me?

Yes it does. You can adjust it vertically and horizontally.

The bottom has a screw you loosen to adjust F-->B tilt, and the top has a push in that allows up and down.
