Best Algae based fish food

I have a few tangs and I was wondering what your opinions are as to what the best algae based/seaweed food is.

Right now I use this really dry and thin algae with garlic in it, but I dont think its that great.

Thanks

clip algae sheets (ex. nori, seaweed salad) aka what you are doing right now. for tangs it doesn't get any better then that (as far dead vegetation).
