Just upgraded to Lumen Max Elite - need advice on lighting schedule

I just installed them last night. I have 2 x 250 XM10K with PFO HQI ballast and I had them running for around 30 minutes last night. Much brighter than my old spider reflectors. Running 2 x54 T5 alongside. Tank is 24x24x48 120G.

I set the MH to run one hour today and I was hoping for some advice on a schedule to get back to a 7 hour a day MH photoperiod without shocking my corals. Mostly SPS in the tank.

I am going to go up an hour a day - I'd hate to be wrong about this so...
