Looks like it might be flatworms. Hard to tell 100% from the pic though. Any close up shots?

very good pic. That thing is even on the glass, and I haven't seen any of that on corals. |

They look like seperate brown specs from the picture which is why I say they look like flatworms. If they are seperate... is one end rounded, and the other end have a "forked" tail? If so it's flatworms.

How old is your tank? I've had those brown flatworms when I first started my system. I found in my situation they faded out on their own after a little over a month (whatever they were feeding on must have been depleted and the population starved out).
If you want to get aggressive you can siphon out as many as you can with water changes. The biological alternative is the Sixline Wrasse... a good fish that will eat these guys if your current system can house one. Velvet Nudibranchs eat them, but may be hard to find, and will starve once the population is depleted. There are chemical options like "Flatworm Exit" if you want to do the chemical thing. |

Suggest you do some research on Flatworm exit before you use it. Try a search on RC because I'm pretty sure there are some horror stories out there.
