Question Fuge flow rate?

I have a 29 gallon fuge supporting a 125 gallon display. I remember reading the flow rate should be low but does anyolne know either the flow rate or the 'turn over rate'? Jim

Jim,
I just run mine off the return, enough to spill over the baffle. If anything it is more than I probably need. As long as you are circulating the oxygen rich water that is enough. IMO.

im achieving way better results with 100GPH than when i had 350GPH.

180G with 30 gallon fuge.

ive got a maxijet400 pushing water from the sump into the fuge then its gravity fed back.

I am not an expert on the subject, but while browsing through some of the threads on here I read 50GPH is what you should target. I would definatly check around and I assume it may vary.... It seemes to me that would be about right and that is my aproximate flow through mine now and seemes to do great! Good luck!
