I like the "buy a glass tank and make your own" idea. It's cheaper and you can make it exactly how you want it.. Plus, you get the largest that will fit in the sump area and make some baffles. Bada bing, bada boom. You're done.
Melevs Reef has some great ideas for sump designs if you want to get classy.

I have to concur on the DIY tank sump. I have a 36" 30g sump under my 90g configured for all my equipment and it's nice to have enough room to do work.

DIY. For my 150 build, I spent $60 on a 40 gallon breeder, $15 of glass baffles cut at a local glasss shop, $9 on silicone and about 4 hours total time (including driving time to pickup baffles). so for $84 it's not bad. I looked at acrylic sumps and you'll be lucky to find one for less than $200 for a 120 gallon tank

if you dont want to spend time building one here is a guy that has had a Mega Flow model 2 sump up for a while with no hits on it so you may get it for cheap.
I got the model 4 for my tank because i got it for cheap and it is all acrylic and you can drill holes and add stuff very easaly. here is the link. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh....php?t=1735025 |

+1 to diy. Depending on the size of the opening to your stand, you could fit up to a standard 55g in your stand. You can get baffles cut to your dimensions from glass or acrylic for pretty cheap. All you would have to do is glue(silicon) them in. Gluing them in does not take long at all. You should be able to build a diy 55g sump using all new materials for <$150.
