First fish advice

I got a molly miller blenny for my tank. He is an omnivore so I got him some frozen mysis shrimp, dried seaweed and some tetra food with cyclopeeze in it. Is this a good diet for him along with any pods or algae he might eat out of my tank?

Sounds good, a diverse diet is his best bet, but also change it up from time to time. Every now and then I like to treat my fish to brine (which is consider candy for fish, no real nutrients but the fish go nuts for it)

I think what you've listed will be a great base diet, and you can mix it up from time to time. Is he eating everything you have listed? Also, make sure not to overfeed. I find my fish do well when I feed very small amounts several times throughout the day, and a different food each time. I always make sure to watch until all the food is gone, so I can keep track of who's eating what and also make sure there's not too much waste. Waste food ultimately makes algae, and we all hate algae.

Also give some vitamin, Omega 3's and amino acid supplements a try. Boyd VitaChem is a great addition to food, just soak the food in a couple of drops for a few min prior to feeding. This helps the fish maintain a healthy immune system. For difficult to feed fish, garlic can be added to enhance the flavor.
