I switched from a reef fanatic regulator after reading a couple horror stories. The thing seems pretty bullet proof. No problems to speak of. Very easy to dial in and very accurate. I like it a lot.

Couple months. If you ask around though you won't hear anything bad.

Mine is almost a year old - I ordered it right after it came out. I love it. You have to play around with it a bit to keep a consistant bubble size. If you go from 6 seconds per bubble down to 4 seconds per bubble, the pressure will have a bit more time to build up and your bubble size grows. It is not that big of a deal. What I do like is that after a minute or so after your change, it is rock solid and won't change a bit until the Co2 is almost out.

I've had mine for almost 3 years now. It's very reliable, so much that I forget I even have it!
It IS expensive, but worth it IMO.

It made my CA reactor tuning so simple. It was worth every penny spent.

The pH and bubble count will remain very consistent once you have it dialed in. I only use a controller as a safety to prevent a major spike/drop in pH should something go wrong or clog up. I have an Apex controller, and I have a prbe in the sump as well as the reactor itself.

I love mine, too
Very accurate bubble count. Running with a Reef Fanatic controller, but it can be dialed in real close to demand anyway. About the only anomaly I notice is that when the controller shuts it off, the regulated pressure rises a bit, after it starts back up it takes a while to get back to original pressure. This is being very picky on my part and seems normal. This is when spending more is truly worth every penny. Captsluggo |
