Quiet/Efficient 1HP Chillers?

Is there such a thing as a quiet and efficient 1HP Chiller?

The current chiller we are running is very old and is needing to run more frequently to keep up with the heat in the tank. It is also quite loud and has no way to direct the heat created towards ventilation.

your not going to get quiet with a 1hp as far as I know... I recently bought a Tradewinds from Hal - great chiller, very efficient and reasonably quiet. They are made with American parts and he has over 25years experience with chillers. He will go over your setup and make sure your covered.
