What's wrong with this tang?

My Blue Hippo Tang has developed one swollen, cloudy eye. It looks like there is some sort of fluid build up. He is still eating and acting normal, it's just his eye as far as I can tell.

Water quality is good, Tank size is 150, and all other occupants are good.

I can't get a good picture of it, but it is exactly as I explained above. I don't know much about this sort of thing, so any advice will be helpfull... thank you.

Do you have any other tangs in the tank? It could be a physical injury from fighting. If water quality is good and he continues to eat, it will heal on its own.

Yes there is other tangs in there a sailfin and a Yellow tang. However, they have co existed for a very long time (years) without any issues. I have never seen any agressiopn between them. From what I can tell it dosent look like a physical injury, I am not going to rule that out completly. Ill look into "pop eye" I really dont know anything about sick fish other than ick.

My Blue hippo sleeps in a crack in my LR and ends up with all sorts of scrapes... I dont know why he doesnt find a more comfortable place to sleep.

All of the scrapes (he has had 1 on his eye, have healed in a couple of days).

Watch the eye. If it keeps getting bigger it could be pop eye, which isn't a good thing.

Not to say that it is an injury (without pics ) but it doesn't have to be an act of aggression it could’ve been that another tang was spooked and gave the business end to the blue hippos eye.

Can somebody expand on what "Pop eye" is and what can be done about it. Is it contagious to other inhabitants?

Thanks for the info.
