captive grown = aquacultures?

Was just looking at live aquaria corals, is it the same thing? Or is one hardier than the other?

Yep, same thing, pretty much applies to anything grown away from the ocean. Hope that helps, Wiz

yup maricultered are the one they grow out in the ocean from wild colonies, so they dont have major impact on the reef but they are not nearly as hardy as aquacultered. maricultured tend to look like a ball of concrete cut in half
