Any need to acclimate this toadstool?
It is going from one tank to the other in the same room of my house. No flaming please....I'm an admitted newb! I have had it in the 55 for a year and is going to the 150 which has been set up 8 months. TIA!!!!

If they are connected then no. If they are different systems then I would say you could temp acclimate with a bag for 15 min. and then do a few cups of water into the bag, wait 15 minutes and you should be ok. Toadstools are fairly hardy.

I don't acclimate corals. They are hardier than most people think.

Test your salinity, adjust temps to be the same, then you should be good. Salinity is the most critical, down to .001. Also if you can, check alkalinity and ph. If those all match, you're good.
