So I seem to have a small out break of these guys and I'm using Joes Juice which seems to be working well but I have 2 that are basically on top of a clam and a acro i have. Is Joe's deadly to other coral?

I have used Joes Juice on an Aiptasia that was right on my Maxiam Clam shell under the clams's mantle. No negative effects with the clam at all. I did however make sure that I gently irritated the clam enough so that it was completely clamped closed before I hit the aiptasia. You should be fine, good luck.
