question about Live Rock

im supposed to be getting my live rock from premium aquatics today, fingers crossed on it arriving today. im sure its going to be a little cold when it gets here. my question is should i let the rock warm up to room temp. before adding it to the tank or just put it straight in the tank? i was afraid of a drastic temp. change killing the life on the rock. thanks.
