too much flow for 55 gal?

Does anyone think a K4 and K3 is too muh flow in a 55 gal?
the K4 seems a bit much...

for what it's worth, I initially had a K3 & K4 in my 75g and I traded the K4 for a K3. No matter where I placed the K4 it blew sand everywhere. Much happier with 2 K3s. Still plenty of flow. Of course I only have soft corals at the moment

I had a k4 on my 58g. I removed because it was to much flow. Went back to the maxi jet 1200's on a wave timer.
