I want to reaquascape but need help...
I want to reaquascape which would include taking some of my rocks out of my tank. However all of the rocks have polyps, frogspawns, etc. attatched to them. Some of the rock I think I would like to break. How do I go about doing this?

Hammer and chisel. Live rock breaks nice and clean most of the time. I've whacked some just with a hammer and it split in 2. Get a rubbermaid tub, bucket or whatever large clean container you can put it in, drain some tank water into it and put all the pieces in there until you are done.

well if you can't remove any of your corals before you begin to break the rock then you just have to work around them best you can and don't forget that there alot of corals that are pretty tough when it comes to fraggin or splittin even when attached. good luck. + on the get them in some of your water before and or after breaking
