Which Size Lumenarcs To Use?
I didn't get any response in the DIY section, so I figured I'd try here. I'm about ready to build my canopy and the DIY, Lumenarc reflectors for my 150. My friend just made two of the 14in. reflectors and he still has the templates for me to use. I'm going to have three, 250watt, SE MHs and two, 6ft. T12s for lighting. The canopy will be just over 18in. wide and I want opinions as to which size reflector I should make. Cost wise, the 14in. will be cheaper to make, but I'm kicking around the idea of making 16in. reflectors. The only concern I have with making the 16in., is how cramped all the lighting will be width wise. Will the two extra inches make that much difference, or will the 14s be just fine? Thanks for your time.

Are you going to be doing any T-5 or VHO supplements? If so go with the smaller reflector.
