I have 2 Coralvue 250w electronic ballasts that I am unsure of thier age. On my kill-a-watt one measure at 208w and the other around 220w. Do electronic ballasts lose performance as they age or could it be he bulbs? The bulbs are supposed to be 3 months old. Thanks Ray
